Joe Frank retired after 40 years serving as an official in the KHSAA. During the time Joe worked 6 State Championships, Two as a Head Linesman and Four as a crew chief. In 2005 Joe was the KHSAA official of the year. Joe was inducted into Northern Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame, Northern Kentucky Athletic Directors Hall of Fame and the Northern Kentucky Youth League Hall of Fame. During this tenure Joe also served 20 years as secretary/treasurer of the Northern Kentucky Officials Association. This service and dedication touched the lives of many Dayton and Northern Kentucky Youth, bringing much recognition and merit to Dayton High School.
